Why Mediation?
People will not listen if they have not first been heard.
Conflict comes with a cost.
The cost is not limited to money but also the time and often emotional toll on those involved, this includes those representing the parties.
Mediation is a method where the parties have an opportunity to choose their own outcome in a safe and managed process. The parties can be guided away from long held positions and into common ground which allows for resolution.
