Areas of Practice
Mediation
Can be appointed to be the mediator in community matters, commercial disputes, employment matters, insurance, resource management, consumer protection, director or managerial disputes, relationship property, medical and disability, telecommunications, trust and estates, local government and any rural and primary industry matters.
Mediation Preparation
Can assist in preparing for a mediation to ensure the time is best utilised on the day. This includes, covering the process, what to expect, what background research needs to take place and analysing the dispute to understand the potential outcomes
Facilitation and Negotiation
Can advise and guide on how to resolve a dispute, including how to de-escalate the matter, the best form of communication and understanding what is preventing a resolution.
This advice also includes the available avenues if the dispute cannot be achieved through direct negotiations. .
